vintage

these pictures are from very early spring... back when the weather was still holding onto that uncomfortable bite of winter and the wind was making it impossible to exist outside without a coat on. i love reminiscing on past seasons... and it's interesting how much early spring and autumn have in common. p.s. you can see the full album of photos on my facebook page!

though i kept this outfit on the simpler side, i am wearing two of my favorite items that both happen to be vintage. my red leather jacket and my vintage persol ratti sunglasses courtesy of sunglass hut. i was told i could pick out my favorite pair of vintage persols and you can probably imagine my complete shock and delight. how many people can say they own a pair of genuine vintage persols? these are among my favorite pairs of sunglasses and i'm so thrilled to own them. i like to think they used to belong to an aging male hippie in the 70s. if only these sunglasses could tell their story... i bet they've had a lot of contact highs.
